Our Story
YuDash Systems Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2020, focused on Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 solutions. It is the brainchild of its founder, Sunand Mittal, based on his extensive experience in manufacturing and technology.
Sunand is a Computer Science graduate from NSIT, Delhi University, with 19 years of experience across software R&D, product development, and entrepreneurship. He worked in the embedded, video, and CAD domains at Texas Instruments, Bangalore, and holds 3 US patents. He also spent more than 12 years managing Sukriti, a manufacturing company serving the solar and wire & cable industry. His passion for process automation, quality, and productivity improvement led to the genesis of YuDash — supported in this journey by his wife and co-founder, Dr. Anubha Mittal, a dental graduate from Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, who leads finance and regulatory compliance for the company.
YuDash has a young team from different fields, united by a passion for using technology to solve customer problems. Our sales team is led by Jaswant Singh, who brings a strong background in industrial automation.

Founding Director, Steradian Semiconductors
Alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering with a proven track record of building low-area RFIC. Led WLAN RF for two generations at Texas Instruments and was Receiver lead for the Snapdragon 65x RFIC at Qualcomm. Co-authored 2 IEEE papers and holds 8 issued US patents, with 18+ years across embedded, hardware, RF, and analog design.

Praveen Ranjan Sinha
Managing Director, PinCap
Serial entrepreneur and angel investor who has led businesses including Aquabrim, Jabong, and Anasha Art. Previously worked at McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, and Maruti Suzuki across China, South East Asia, Africa, and India. Alumnus of IIM Calcutta and recipient of its Distinguished Alumni award, as well as a DTU Distinguished Alumni and Trailblazer award, and Fortune India's '40 under 40' (2014).

18+ years of experience in product and solution engineering in the enterprise domain. Currently leads partner engineering for YouTube focused on Telecom and Mobile from YouTube HQ in California. Joined Google in 2011 after OSI, Agilent, and Hughes. Computer Engineering graduate from Delhi University.

Founder of Alt Commerce Pvt Ltd, a consulting and development company in the digital commerce domain. Previously worked at HCL, CSC, and Vodafone. Computer Science Engineering graduate, with a PG from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Rahul Singh
Managing Director, GAPL
Managing Director of GAPL, a manufacturer-exporter of high-performance cables and wires (QPL-listed, US Military qualified) used in aerospace and defence. Non-Executive Director at Jigserv Digital and Navyug Infosolutions, and on the governing board of IIIT Allahabad. Previously founded the HR Outsourcing practice at TCS. B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and MBA from ISB.
Name Inspiration
The name YuDash finds its inspiration from the brilliance of the ancient Indian mathematician Acharya Pingala, renowned for his text Chandrashastra. The name is derived from the combination of the symbols "U" and "–" — epitomizing the binary numbers zero and one, originally referred to as "laghu" and "guru." Inspired by such great Indian minds, we at YuDash intend to follow our passion and help make India a hotbed of innovation, invention, and modernization.
