Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Schedule: We ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

• Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability.

• Delivery Timeframe: While we estimate a delivery time of 3-6 days within India, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier methods, transit locations, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Order Planning: Please plan your orders with sufficient lead time to avoid last-minute rush.

Cancellation

• Order has not yet shipped.

• Cancellation Fee: A 5% bank charge may apply for cancellations due to payment gateway fees.

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations are allowed within one hour of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.

• Post-Shipment Cancellations: No cancellations are permitted after the order has been shipped.

• Customer Service: Our customer service team will respond to cancellation requests within 1-2 business days.

Return

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, without any physical damage or alterations.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for initial return shipping costs.

• Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

• Post-Shipment Issues: Contact our support team for assistance with any issues that arise after the order has shipped.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain brands (e.g., Antenna, Power Adaptor, RJ45 cable etc) and customized orders are non-returnable.

 

 

Refund

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned goods.

• Refund Timeline: Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the specific circumstances of the return. It may take 5-25 business days for processing.

• Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

• Valid Returns : Refunds will only be issued for valid returns that meet the specified conditions.

• Product-Specific Conditions: Specific conditions may apply to certain product types or return scenarios.
